Nexuss9 Ai (“Nexuss9”, “we”, “us”) helps Australian businesses get recommended by AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• When you book a demo or contact us: your name, email, phone number, company, website address and your message.

• When you become a client: your login email, your business details, the questions you want tracked, and anything you choose to enter in your dashboard (such as the number of enquiries that came from AI search). If you give us access to your Google Analytics, we read visit numbers from AI tools. We don’t read individual visitors’ details.

• When you visit nexuss9.com: Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how people use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. This doesn’t identify you by name.

The Nexuss9 snippet on client websites
The snippet only sends us the client’s site key and website address, so it can load the fixes the client has approved. It doesn’t collect information about the client’s website visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a demo.

• To run your dashboard, send your weekly update email and give you support.

• To improve our website and service.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for anything you wouldn’t expect.

Who we share it with
We use trusted services to run Nexuss9:

• Framer, which hosts the website

• Google Analytics

• HubSpot, for forms and contacts

• Supabase, for dashboard data

• Resend, for email

• Cloudflare, for security and hosting

Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. When we check AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google, we send them the business questions you’ve asked us to track. We don’t send personal information.

Keeping it safe
Access to client data is limited to Nexuss9, logins are password protected, and we only keep information for as long as we need it to provide our service.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing paul@nexuss9.com. To unsubscribe from our emails, reply and tell us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Questions or complaints
Email paul@nexuss9.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes
We may update this policy as Nexuss9 grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
