Why we built it

More and more buyers ask an AI assistant before they ever open Google: “Who’s a good video production company in Sydney?” “Which accountant should I use?” If the answer names three competitors and not you, you never find out. That enquiry simply never arrives. Most tools in this space were built for large marketing teams. We built Nexuss9 Ai for the businesses that don’t have one.

Meet the founder

Paul Finch, Founder. Paul started Nexuss9 Ai in Sydney in 2026 to give small businesses a clear, honest view of how AI recommends them, and a practical way to improve it. Before that, he spent 15 years leading marketing in London and Dubai, including two years at Google leading Android campaigns across the UK, France and Germany, and campaigns for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the World Gold Council, BMW and Deliveroo. In every role he built the dashboards and reporting that showed what was really working, and that same thinking is behind Nexuss9’s honest numbers.

How we work

You approve everything. No fix goes live on your website without your sign-off, and each one is checked automatically and switched off if it fails.

Honest numbers. Questions that include your own business name aren’t counted, each question is asked several times per check, and if our method changes we mark it so you’re always comparing like with like.

Built with real businesses. Since August 2026 we’ve run a pilot with more than a dozen businesses across Australia and the UK, and much of the product, from the To-do list to Opportunities, came straight from their feedback.

No lock-in. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time.
